Tim Duggan, Managing Director

Tim Duggan is Managing Director for Engineering at RockCreek. Tim has been developing enterprise systems for more than 20 years across the health care, transportation, telecommunications, media measurement, and financial industries. Most recently, he was part of the leadership team that built the Common Securitization Platform for Fannie and Freddie.

Tim studied Business at Ohio University.
