RockCreek partners with investors, experts, academics, and dedicated service providers to support responsible business practices and well-functioning markets that advance our common goals. We regularly invest in ESG and impact strategies, companies, and investment teams alongside other sustainable investing leaders such as the Emerson Collective, Rockefeller Foundation, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
Building a more sustainable future isn’t just a business model; it’s the foundation of our operations at RockCreek. From a team that is more than 75% diverse to operating a sustainable office environment since 2016, sustainability, diversity, equity, and inclusion permeate everything we do.
Our team members are involved in a number of non-profits as board members and Investment Committee chairs for organizations engaged in ESG and sustainable impact investing such as the World Resources Institute, National Geographic, Council on Foreign Relations, and American Red Cross.
