Matthew McMaster, Managing Director

Matthew McMaster is a Managing Director at RockCreek, focusing on reporting and data across all portfolios. Before joining RockCreek, he worked at Potomac River Capital as a risk manager, where he oversaw portfolio and operations risk management.

Matt began his career at a startup global macro hedge fund, EQA Partners, working on quantitative models, risk management and operations. He earned a B.S. in finance and economics from Salisbury University and is a CFA charter holder. When he’s not wrangling data, Matt enjoys hiking, fishing, and spending time with his wife and four kids in Northern Virginia.
