Marion Sierpinski, Managing Director

Marion Sierpinski is a Managing Director at RockCreek, where she oversees the operational due diligence effort on the firm’s private investments, as well as ongoing monitoring of existing investments across all asset classes.

Before joining RockCreek, Marion was an Operational Due Diligence professional at Rothschild & Co, where she conducted operational due diligence analysis on alternative funds worldwide. Prior to this, she worked with the Portfolio Management team at Amundi AI in Paris, where she monitored liquidity profiles and risk constraints of multi-strategy FoFs, performed portfolio rebalancing simulations, and was involved in the investment decision process. She also worked with their Hedge Fund Selection team in Chicago, where she performed operational due diligence analysis on US-based hedge fund managers. Marion also worked at Amundi IS in New York in the Quantitative Research team.

Marion holds an M.A. in International Economics and Finance from Brandeis University and an M.S. in Banking, Finance and Insurance from Paris-Dauphine University. Marion likes cooking and making pastries. She speaks French, Spanish, and English.
