Eleanor Valencia, Administrative Manager

Eleanor Valencia is an Administrative Manager at RockCreek. Before joining RockCreek she worked for the Office of the Vice President & Treasurer at the World Bank. Earlier in her career, she managed budget and administration for the World Bank’s Investment Department and worked as a Financial Assistant on the derivatives and structured products area at the World Bank.

Eleanor graduated from the University of San Francisco with a B.A. in Economics.
