Justin Heyman, Managing Director

Justin Heyman is a Managing Director at RockCreek, focusing on environmental sustainability and climate-oriented investments.

Prior to joining RockCreek, Justin was a Managing Director at the Global Environment Fund, where he was responsible for all aspects of the firm’s U.S. growth equity investments in companies with environmental sustainability solutions. Prior to this, Justin was a management consultant at Oliver Wyman, advising clients on corporate strategy in the energy, transportation, manufacturing, and private equity industries.

Justin holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Columbia Business School. He is a board member of The SLH Foundation, which promotes STEM careers for high school students in the DC area.
